About The Event
Calling Chicago Teachers! Join us for a mini Creative Journaling for Self-Care Retreat—a refreshing two-hour ISBE-earning experience designed to combat teacher stress and burnout. Through journaling and creative reuse, you’ll rediscover your creative spark and reflect on the parts of yourself that may need repurposing and reimagining. Enjoy writing, creating, and light, healthy snacks in a supportive, relaxing environment with activities you can bring back to your classroom. The mini-retreat will be held in person on Saturday, November 16, from 1 PM to 3 PM, at the Creative Chicago Reuse Exchange, 2124 W 82nd Pl, Chicago, IL 60620.
