About The Event
This is a creativity workshop to jump start self care and renewal for teachers and educators. Together and individually, we will engage in several methods to explore how creativity is the key to self care. You will make a CCRx Imagination Journal and together we will discover how meditation and journaling soothe the soul and engage the body. Please bring a yoga mat. This workshop will be facilitated by Jennifer Cullerton Johnson from Creativity is Your Right.
