About The Event
Shenequa Brooks takes her inspiration from the crowns of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat in constructing wearable crowns for self-expression and empowerment. Â Â She will show various materials and techniques for guiding the construction of crowns, and ways to discuss the project to draw participants with diverse skills, talents and interests. Â Crowns are appropriate for ages 12 to 112!
