CCRx Seeks Specialists and EBay Sellers

CCRx gets amazing donations on a regular basis, and we want to make sure these items get into the hands of people who can really use them.

We are looking to build a team of Subject Matter Specialists for specific categories of donated items -- to oversee how they are organized in the warehouse; to make referrals to potential recipients, such as teachers, nonprofits, community groups; and sometimes to refer items for online sales.

And we are looking for Ebay Sellers who will sell some of these items online.

Areas of specialization include: Science, Technology, Furniture, Textiles, Arts + Crafts, Books, Teacher Resources (Math, Special Ed, Science), Raw Materials and Special Finds / Collectibles.

In the past few months, we've received musical instruments, photography, jewelry-making, and bookbinding equipment, home health equipment, computers + other tech, books (curriculum, textbooks, workbooks), collectibles, furniture and more. Everything from vintage Lionel trains to printer ink.

Specialists will start on a volunteer basis and we will negotiate in-kind renumeration and possible contract employment. EBay sellers will work on commission to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Ebay Sellers would take on a segment of our inventory -- teacher resources, science equipment, books, special finds, etc. They'd be responsible for photo/description/value/interacting w/ buyers in timely and professional manner/ and then fulfillment -- whether local pick-up or shipping.

If you are interested in either of these opportunities, please complete this form.
