The Creative Chicago Reuse Exchange (CCRx) is looking for a dynamic, experienced Volunteer Coordinator to help with our Back2School Rx-Travaganza taking place on August 19-21.
The RxTravaganza is a big event providing Chicago teachers with a wide range of donated surplus materials, supplies and equipment as they start their school year. The event takes place at the CCRx Warehouse at 2124 W. 82nd Place in Auburn-Gresham neighborhood of Chicago.
The Coordinator will create, post and manage listings and tasks to enlist volunteers and support the event set-up, take-down and all activities during the event.
The Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and CCRx Team members to plan the event timeline and tasks. They will create posts for a variety of platforms and manage / monitor them for success.

This position is a temporary, part-time contractor position paying a flat fee of $1,000 with successful completion of tasks. No other benefits are available at this time.
